Leaf & Bloom: Family Flower Workshop

Explore local, regeneratively grown flowers with your child and turn petals into colour.
This fun and engaging workshop will get you and your child into our flower and food gardens.
This workshop will begin with a kid-friendly farmstead tour with hands-on exploration of soil, vermicomposting and plants. We will also harvest some special dye flowers for your flower craft.
After the walk around, you’ll be led through a detailed demonstration of EcoPrinting. You and your child will then create your very own EcoPrinted Organic Cotton Socks.
Come ready to explore the divine colours of flowers with us!
Cost: $45/pair - one child and accompanying adult. Each ticket is for a spot to make one EcoPrinted Organic Cotton Socks. If more than one child, each additional child is $25.
Location: At farmstead. We are located 15 minutes outside the downtown of Almonte. More information will be leading up to the workshop.
